Im ready to see him in action! I am really starting to like the pickup. He never had weapons beside Drew. If we add weapons in this draft which we most likely do then he can do some good things. I also heard that his best season was in the west coast. I'm not sure how true that is but if so that is great to hear!

The man took the time to get healthy instead of rushing back into the game. Yeah he could get re-injured again but what the hell do you people want from a low cost backup QB?
As far as I'm concerned if we are rolling with Moore as our #1 and Garrard to put up a fight, I'm not going to cry about it. I could see Moore really move forward and improving going into camp as the front runner for the #1 spot.
But with Garrard there aren't these high expectations due to spending a ton of money on him. The man is probably well rested and ready to get out there and compete.

If Garrard is better than Flynn next year, then yea we saved some money. If he's worse, we blew it because we could have put Garrard's $3mil plus a restructure or two together and came away with what Seattle is paying Flynn.
It wouldn't have prevented us from grabbing a QB in the draft to develop, either. I wasn't completely sold on Flynn, but I just don't see the value in what Ireland did here.
