Garrard to visit Miami.

Why do people think just because we bring someone in that that means we are going to sign him? It may just be checking him out and see what he wants, if he wants miami, and if he would be willing to accept an offer that is a one year deal as insurance or whatever.

Just not a fan of his.

Maybe because you're being objective, are not a knee-jerk Pavlovian drooler, understand that Moore uplifted the teams he played for, and errr, maybe actually saw him live on the field a couple of times last season :idk:
Maybe it because I've seen Garrard lead his team to 4th quarter comebacks whereas I have not seen Moore do that in a Dolphins uniform.

I like Moore but obviously not as much as you do. As for Garrard, no QB is as helter skelter as he has been his entire career.

I believe they are playing hardball with Flynn. I think they really like Flynn, but dont want to overpay, and fit within their budget. So they gave him an offer, and move on to other options. He either accepts, counter offers, or moves on to other teams seeking quarterback play. Excellent job, Jeff!!!

They gotta be careful with that though....it could backfire.

Could mean we aren't drafting a qb this year. If so I'm fine with it of we can sign either smith Flynn and Gerard 2 of the 3

Smh... C'mon dolphins.... They no exactly haw to drive us as fans crazy... Didn't try n get Nelson or Landry none of the qbs or wrs wana come here... Wth is goin on

Yesss this will make year 4 i will not watch the phins.

Anyone think we're bringing in these guys to get Flynn to cave in on his price some?

Of all the Qb options as of late, this one is more perplexing to me in the case that I really don't see Garrad fitting in as a WCO quarterback. Jeff Darlington recently said that the Dolphins gave the perception that they are lukewarm at best on the signing of Matt Flynn. This may point to that as being fact or may just be a ploy to bring down his asking price. Things truley get more confusing by the minute.

Wow, why even entertain Garrard? Did any of the other QB needy teams consider him? Nope, and that should tell you all you need to know.
