i would thinks so with smith coming in. i just cant see any free agent qb being worried about garrard being signed other than for a 3rd string qb spot.

Garrard has been in the league since 2002...two seasons he played 16 games....in which he threw 15td vs. 13int, and 15td vs. 10int

Lol u guys are crazy if u think garrard is being looked at to be the starter, he would be moores backup unless he miraculously beats him out...I think if garrard is signed its just for depth, I don't think he beats out moore...we have one qb on the roster (not including devlin on the ps) so I have no problem if he's signed as a 3rd stringer or somethin but if they expect him to start they're absolutely nuts
