I've seen Gase plenty of times on the sideline, but never really heard the man. This is an interview from this past season that discusses his rise as a coach, working with Peyton, developing Cutler, etc. Of course, no one is going to be happy unless he gets results for the Fins. BUT, initial feedback for myself is that he seems like a guy who will bust your chops if needed, but also very much a personable coach that you can bounce ideas off of. Not as intense as Campbell, yet still relatable and superior in the X's and O's. I think Tannehill is going to love him.
