without a doubt. People dont realize that as a HC you arent actually know everything.

As a HC myself its crazy how i dont find things out with my team until the last second, or the last person to know. When I was a DC i knew everything that was going on in the lockerroom
 
That is such bullsh!t. It 'sounds' like? How do you not ask / find out why before speaking to the media? If the guy is legitimately hurt his comments do not paint a flattering picture.

I dont think he is hurt, or thats the reason. I think that he hasnt played well and is out of position alot and got butt hurt when they switched things up. if he quit on his team that is a totally different animal
 
Gase is peoples most convenient scapegoat lately. Half our team is on IR and we have BO under center, and we’re still supposed to be putting up 35 points per game and dominating everyone.

We all have different opinions, but we are all wanting the same thing - to win. So today I’m happy.

Sounds like drama with Rashad. Hopefully it’s nothing big.

Half our team is on IR, the other half was pushed out of town by Gase.

Never wanted to be in charge. I have the same inability to manage people that Gase and Philbin have. I just kind of wish the guys being paid millions of dollars to manage the key part of practically a billion dollar product were a little bit BETTER in this aspect.

Yes you can. Most good NFL teams have me guys. You just have to have a real coaching staff and culture to keep them in line. If you can't handle me guys, you're going to be a mediocre head coach.
