GaTech boards reporting Gailey interviewing with Steelers,

I don't want any college coaches. We already went that avenue and look what happened. We need an NFL coordinator and a good GM to make things happen.

Uhm, not only has Chan Gailey been an NFL coordinator, but he made the playoffs twice as an NFL head coach...
 
Maybe this is why the Dolphins picked him to interview. The Steelers may fall for the bait and let Wisenhunt and Grimm loose.
 
for all you gailey bashers, the guy is being interviewed because of Cowher's recommendation. I guess Cowher is stupid? Gailey would be an eXcellent choice for Dolphins HC. :evil:
 
boy, people sure do have short memories on gailey, considering that he called the plays the last time our offense was even remotely respectable.

Yeah that is what the Dolphins plan was, they interviewed Chan Gailey knowing Pittsburgh will then think he was a good head coaching canidate because Miami interviewed him and then they will let Wisenhunt and Grimm go because they believe Gailey is the guy because Miami interviewed him and they will no longer need some of the best coordinators in the league. Those Dolphins are some tricky people.
