Ive been impatient with his stats this year!!

Is this the game that will start him up and start winiing games in a row like he did the 2nd haff?

Thoughts?

Hope so. Try taking him 2nd or 3rd in every one of your fantasy leagues. :(

hes due a big week, just remember last turkey day game we played in chambers caught 3 tds and over 100 recieving yards...hopefully we can get numbers like that back out of him this thursday

Technically, last game was his breakout game. Too bad Justin Peele commited that penalty. (But it's all good. Peele, you still did good).

his stats would have been nice vs. minny if not for that bs penalty

you can argue the penalty all you want...but fact of the matter is, the only reason he scored that 58 yard TD is because Minnesota pretty much gave up on that play once they saw the laundry on the field.

If I were Childress I'd have killed them for that, especially since even though they knew it was likely in their favor, they didn't know for sure.

but it was obvious to all of those in the stands that Minnesota pretty much let Chambers take off once that laundry hit the field.

Yeah, if not for that penalty Chambers has 7 catches 102 yards and a TD.

still too many droped easy passes, thats what is hurting him!!!
put hm to to left and booker to the right, or switch chambers slot, welker right, and let him play ball

Chambers has been really disappointing this year...we need a Chad Johnson or a Lee Evans someone that knows how to get seperation downfield and make the catch. Chambers is fast according to the numbers but he doesn't seem fast on the field at all, it seems the only way he gets comfortable seperation on streaks is via trick plays on flea flickers etc...

I really think we need to start looking for a new #1

I really think we have more important things to worry about. The only way he gets separation is on trick plays? Such an irrational thought. I've seen him run comfortably free only to have Harrington underthrow him... and overthrow him. They're getting the timing down, give him a break. You can't just expect him to produce with new QB's left and right. I don't remember him dropping any balls last game. You guys use the same excuses for every game, he could not be thrown to at all during the game and you'd all still blame him for half the of the dropped balls. Talk about a scapegoat...

Our offense has to pick it up, it starts with Joey, he has to be more accurate on his throws, hit the open receiver and hit them in stride so they can gain some additional yardage. The line has to block better for Ronnie so he can do his damage on the ground. The Lions interior line is hurting so maybe he will have some success between the tackles. The wide outs have to start catching the ball better, cut down on the drops, start scoring some points and don't let up. They all need to take a cue from the defense and go all out for sixty minutes, attack and be relentless.

I think Saban will let either Booker or Chambers go!! Saban wants playmakers

Chambers isn't going any where. He is our best play maker on offense.

That's his job man, he has to get open, all good recievers find ways to get open. I have rarely seen Chambers get comfortably open this year especially when it comes to streaks add to it a tendency to drop passes and your going to stop getting many looks both from the QB and Mularkey's playcalling. Consider Booker having pretty much the same kind of year and you've got a recipe for a sputtering offense. You can only throw the ball to Welker so many times in a game!
