PhinPhourlife and Dolfan73 you guys are on board!! I will give you high paying jobs and we will have weekly meetings every Sunday in the Finheaven suite during the game. The first order of business is the review of all cheerleaders and possible uniform revisions for them. We will need to take specfric measurements for each one.

It's a tough job, are you up for it?
im dedicated, and work any hours needed, sir:salute:

ya and your gonna need an assistant as well so call me  :roflmao:

and your assistant will need an assistant. I can be there ASAP. and $75,000 is fine, Thanks

Saban will wait for the right moment and end up picking out a diamond from the ruff. He always seems to land on his feet!

I think for the first year just let NICK be the GM or whatever title you want to call him, then next year bring in another guy to help Nick mold this team....I think Nick still will have the final say over personnel no matter who the GM is.

Maybe Dan Marino can now buy into what is happening unlike a while back when he changed his mind about becoming an Exec. Take the job Dan so you can get away from Shannon Big Mouth Sharpe and get yourself the Superbowl ring you deserve!!! :)

I nominate myself ,Fin-atic, as the next GM of the Miami Dolphins. I can work with Saban, I will gladly be his wipping boy. I just want to meet the players and have some excellent seats for every game. Also, I would work at a great discount for them. Instead of the $500,000 to $1M they would pay someone else, I would gladly do it for $200,000 and a Finheaven.com corporate suite at Dolphin Stadium!

Nick if you read this send me a PM, I can be there next week!!!

Well in that case fin-atic, I will trump your offer and nominate myself :D . I will take on the job description you mentioned earlier but I will work for less money. I'm only asking for $150,000 a year and a Finheaven.com corportate suite at Dolphin Stadium.

Who would you guys like to see come in here as our new GM or who do you think Saban will bring in?

I personally like the thought of Mueller, but I know there is some stigma surrounding him. Can someone fill me in?

Forget Mueller, bring in Jimmy Johnson. :D

And of course, your assistant's assistant will surely need an assistant. All I
ask for is the use of the Team plane once a year, and $20 thousand spending money.

He seemed like a smart man and a very hard worker, I won't disrespect him....but I had 2 problems with the guy though.

One, as the link states, he came from Detroit - bad teams, bad franchise period - no pedigree here.

Two, his other place of employment in the NFL was with Chicago where he and Wanny ran that franchise in the ground where it remains to this day - their teams were losers there. Why would you hire a guy with no track record? Why because he was Wanny's friend (so was Tony Wise).

Just because you've been around the league for 15 years doesn't make you a good GM. Guys, I loved Jimmy Johnson but he tossed the baton to the wrong man out of loyalty and we've been 10-6 off of our defense ever sense.

He'll get another job somewhere fast, don't worry about him, he'll be ok - probably @ Pitt.

Go Saban!

Now, now, there is no need to be greedy here. For less than half what they pay we can be Co-GM's!!!!!!
Then you will need to get you a couple of assistants. I have couple already as you see, and they make me feel real important. If you hurry you cna get in on the cheerleader reviews!!!!

But as the new GM I am officially closing any other co-GMs. But we are always taking assisitants. There is a lot to do to run one of them there pro ball teams.

...another thing...

There's NO WAY IN HELL that Mueller would work under Saban. Mueller likes to make his own decisions. They would not work well together.

I dont think he'd want to work around RW either
