I thought Edwards might be on hot seat in Miami because of how the new linebackers performed. But apparently he's highly regarded.

interesting hire. Edwards has tended to struggle as DC wherever he's gone, but historically (not this year) he's a good LB coach

Edwards was previously defensive coordinator of the Bills and has been Miami's LB coach twice (2005-09) and (2012-13)

Yes 2010 and 2011 and the Bills defense was bad under him...but under Zimmer he may be much better.
