Cause the Trifecta is going to take this team into the next decade like the current Dallas Cowboys. While QB is still a HUGE unknown, they have laid the groundwork at the position in the form of Henne. The lines are being rebuilt and expect to see WR/CB/OLB taken next off-season. I'm damn impressed how this team went from gutted to solid in one measly off-season. These three gentelmen know what's going on. Get excited cause Miami will be competiive most weeks in '08 and a winning team in '09......

Can't wait too see how the rookies fare against the veterans in camp. I bet their looking forward too meeting them too.

it is exciting to watch this stuff happen...and 09', we should start competing for tops in the AFC East again!!!

I didn't agree with everything that they did in the offseason but they have done a good job of laying down the foundation for the team.

Im the eternal optimist... but I am excited in knowing that we have a competent FO... imagine how bad it must feel to be the Lions w/ Matt Millen, etc...

Whats also nice is that we're huge now! We're finally gonna be the mean brawler type, instead of the finesse team that folds when it mattered most... win or lose, we're gonna knock people around, and thats fun for the fans.

Can't wait to see our O-Line push around the ancient LB core of the pats... gonna be fun.

The trifecta will be the Marlins, Dolphins and Heat back to respectability in the same year. Don't really care about the Panthers but I have heard they are improving.

its all about THE QB!!

without a good qb, we go nowhere.

if bill billichek doesnt STUMBLE on tom brady, he is now a
d-coordinator for the falcons or out of the nfl. the pats were
under achieving before tom and bob kraft made it known that
time was running short.

think joe thomas was the turn around in cleveland last year?

nope. they to STUMBLED on a qb, DERREK ANDERSON! with out
him, joe thomas is just, well...... ANOTHER JOE!!

did parcells draft one? will he draft one?

will he STUMBLE on a raw treasure?

who knows! but unless one of those three things happen,
there is NO promised land and i am saving my party favors
untill he does!

and fortunately, bill is one of the FEW defense gurus who get the
importance of having more than just a care taker/game manager
at the qb spot............

PHIL SIMS

DREW BLEDSOE [in his prime]

and then resurecting VINNY TESTAVERDE'S career.

how many shlubs did bill get rid of untill he got vinny
in the fold in ny? he didnt give those guys long and i
doubt he does in miami either. his time is short, this
IS his last nfl stop and he plans on going out a winner!

and he knows it CANT be done with a mediocre qb.

so he wont stop untill he finds THE guy. and thats GREAT
for us!!!

Parcells did manage to get the Cowboys to 10-6 and a first round playoff exit to the Panthers with Quincy Carter at QB though

granted, Bill isnt the coach, but crazy things do happen

really? we still have NO skill positions this year...and if we are going to draft a bunch of Skills next year dont expect the Dolphins to be competing for anything but 3rd in the AFC east next year

forgive me but in drafting Drew who lost the position to Tom...Carter was....an all angle bust...and digging Vinny from the grave was not exactly the smartest thing for his franchise...so its safe to say that Beck MIGHT be it...and he WASTED a skill pick on Hennesee...and based on your logic we will be drafting QB's until one gets it right...and if any of them doesnt have more than 3 years in the system none of them will...
