They haven't put up the numbers anyone expected them to............yet that is. Give them some time. Culpepper is still rusty, he'll improve and Ronnie will too. Everyone saying that we should trade Ronnie and that he's a bust, and the people saying Brady Quinn is looking good next year aren't Miami fans, they're fair weather fans. They are the same people that were bitching last year when the Fins were 3-7, but when we finished 9-7 they all had erections. Quit posting negative stuff. All this is to be expected with a new offensive coordinator and other new coaches, and having 2 new quarterbacks. It takes time to develop chemistry. Rome wasn't built in a day!

For what its worth, numbers mean squat. Absolutely nothing. Ask the man himself about numbers and he will tell you that he would trade them all in for a championship. So people need to get off the numbers deal in judging how a person performs.

Some of the best players in the NFL do the little things that make them valuable, even when they don't have a stellar numbers day. Wideouts will draw double coverage all day to open up a lesser known guy, rb's will make that block or 2 to help a play develop, etc. This is where I think we are lacking. Teams don't respect our offense at all. Give it time though, you are right on that one. Unfortunitely every fan who set unbelievable expectations are going to post negatively and who better to be the recipent? The supposed stars of the team.

Culpepper deserves to get thrown under the bus.....

As for Ronnie, I have nothing negative to say about him at this stage. He's playing his heart out, and that's all you can ask for from your RB in my opinion. If the holes aren't there, they aren't there. Ronnie doesn't deserve any criticism.....

PHINZ RULE!!!!

Did anyone see Brady Quinn on Saturday, bring some pressure and he is not looking the all conquering no 1 thats expected.

I think his decision making lves a lot ot be desired int he three games Ive seen him in this year.

My thoughts exactly.

1. Daunte played like this before his injury. This ain't rust. He just lost it.

2. Ronnie's fine. He does a good job with what he has. He's getting negative attention because them folks with a man-crush on Dante are just looking for somebody else to take the fall.

3. Quinn in a system QB. He's not NFL material. He'll get as far as Timmy Chang. No offense to Mr. Chang.

Personally I think Culpepper is still a little rusty from the injury and a little hesitant to step into all of his throws. Given that along with the OL that still is not giving him the kind of protection that he needs nor are they opening up alot of holes for Brown this is what to expect for the first half of the season.

As the season moves on culpepper's confidence will grow as will the O. lines ability to play a little better. Brown is a monster when he gets going except that I personally think he tries a stutter step once to often. Instead of hitting the hole and running.

One thing everyone should keep in mind is that unless we are down on the field in every play who are we to say that they should do this and they should do that.

Let your team play and support them always!!!!!!!!!!
