OK this is getting out of hand don't you think? Heaven forbid that the NFL let their excellent officiating crews get insulted.
What Gibbs said was also blown out of proportion, these guys have a right to say what ever the **** they want, if the NFL doesnt like it then they should correct the bad officiating as its been getting worse every year.
Coach Nick Saban jokingly wondered after the Dolphins' 33-21 win Sunday over Oakland whether he might be fined for comments on the officiating. The NFL confirmed Monday that it is reviewing what Saban said. NFL spokesman Steve Alic said no decision had been made on whether Saban would be fined. Saban had no comment. Earlier in the season, Washington's Joe Gibbs was fined $10,000 for comments after the Redskins lost to Denver. He said the game "wasn't well officiated."
