ya, just heard about the roof collapse, thats crazy. this is why i believe, and always have believed that all football stadiums should be outdoor and no domes.
i mean, yes this is a rare case and usually roofs don't collapse, but its not even about that. a team especially like the vikings would have one of the biggest home field advantages in football come late november, december, and jan. maybe they would not have as big of an advantage vs the bears or packers because those teams play in frigid weather in the winter also, but imagine a team like dallas, giants, eagles, falcons, saints, cardinals, whomever having to come to play a playoff game in minn in the outdoors in the winter? the temperatures in minn are in the single digits most of the winter, and then factor in the windchill, it feels like below zero.
they would have a home field advantage like no other team. very few places in the U.S have as extreme cold winters as minn. maybe now when they build their new stadium ( if they ever do) they will build an outside stadium, as should all teams in general, bc football is not meant to be played in domes. domes are for vagina's.
