Gibril Wil Contract terms announced..

Great signing, we wont know if he'll play SS or FS yet, depends on if Bell or Hill get resigned.
I'm hoping Gibril plays FS and Bell at SS, if we sign and draft a cb we could have one of the top secondarys and olines in the league..

Miami continues to be one of the most aggressive teams before the free-agency signing period begins after midnight on Friday morning. It did it again this morning.
The Dolphins signed safety Gibril Wilson, who was released by Oakland last week, to a five-year, $27.5 million contract that includes $8 million guaranteed and $16.5 million in the deal’s first three years.
Next up for Miami is re-signing free-agent safety Yeremiah Bell, which it hopes to do today.

last year Oakland signed him for 6 years, 40 million..
If we can sign Bell to a 3 year 15 million dollar deal, grab Brown and either Holt/Coles along with depth positions.. we might have done the best job in FA...

i like this signing. we have been missing that grit in our secondary for years. bell provided some, now we can have bell do what he does best if he resigns today, let him fly around the QB and blitz on rushing downs. i think wilson gives us a much better foundation back there, and one less draft pick we have to use on a DB in the draft, now we can look towards other things
