yea channing crowder is a sorry excuse for a ILB when he needs to be stepping up. Its kind of pathetic when he is 30 pounds heavier than zach and faster and plays like a complete pansy unless he has a free shot on someone. Gibril wilson got his money and looks like a huge bust so far. Our corners played solid and so did our interior o-line (o wait thats just jason ferguson. But other than that teh enitre defense looked slow, old or just untalented.

i believe you mean D-line, but our O-line did look solid too:D
 
I agree these two played absolutely awful against Indy. Not only did Clark own Crowder, there were two or three big gainers on running plays where crowder bit on the counter and left the middle wide open. Wilson is a hideous excuse for a safety who clearly can't hit or even tackle. He HAD to stop that last TD from happening, and somehow managed to completely miss the guy. He also had a shot at the guy who scored the rushing TD. Pathetic.
 
One bad game and everyone is going nuts. I like crowder, he does what he needs to in run support. He will probably be replaced with the next upcoming draft but he will make for a good backup and hopefully he will continue to progress.
 
I culdn't believe we resigned Crowder.. I thought he was actually going to walk. They obviously didn't want to address that position for the sake of defensive continuity on the offseason. He may be trade fodder in the next few seasons.
 
I am not down on Crowder. Wlson however needs to work on coverage skills. Was the knock on him when he got here.
