Gil said on Sirius radio that teams need to grab other positions first besides wr, thus allowing Blackmon to slip past 6.

Wouldn't that be interesting to see if was availabe at 8. Marshal, Blackmon, Bess, Hartline and Gates would be pretty friggin' good!!

That would be a nice start for a new QB!

Time will tell I guess.
 
I like Blackmon alot..He is a friggin man fo sure....However if he does slip...Look for Buffalo to try and come up to get him....If Stevie is gone I could see WR being their top priority...They really have no one after Stevie.
 
Not somebody I'll trade up for, but somebody who I would draft at 8.

Dolphins need playmakers, Blackmon is a playmaker and we definitely need a better #2 WR.

Not trying to be a smart***, just wondering - if Blackmon is a playmaker, and the Dolphins need playmakers, why would you not trade up for him?
 
To many top notch players will be available that fit needs for us to waste draft picks trading up unless of course it's for a QB!

Yep . . . if this was a QB we are talking, then I'd trade up.

The only non QB I'd trade up for is Claiborne . . . I salivate about him and Vontae on the corners and throwing Sean Smith in the mix at FS . . . he may be our best option.

Plus Claiborne is THAT good.
 
I would love Blackmon but he would be a waste of a pic unless we have a QB. So essentially the only way this pic makes sense is if we hit a homerun with a Drafted or FA QB.

I would love this guy! We can never have too many good WRs. I always felt like Hartline was good, but not #2 good. He would be an ideal #4. We have a lot of needs, but this is a player you cant pass up on.
 
I know it's a pipe dream but signing P.Manning drafting Blackmon and Fleener, holy crap! What a sic offense we could have!

Just to make sure give up a 3rd to Washington to get Blackmon to get ahead of Jacksonville. They can still take Tannehill who I believe is their #1 choice outside of A.Luck.
 
What a great problem that would be to have! I doubt it will happen, but I'm fine if it does. Even if for some crazy reason we don't want to draft him, I'm sure there would be a line of teams willing to trade up to get him! Either way, we win.
 
If I couldn't get RGIII I would def trade up for blackmon.
