Sounds crazy but Ginn was a DB in High School... Lets try him at DB since we are getting nothing from him at WR.... What you think? Stupid or worth a try?

probably not a good idea. Being good at something in high school is much differant than the pros. He was a good deep threat at Wr in college and in the pros Reggie Bush is averaging more a catch.

Not that it'll happen, but could he seriously be worse than what they have?
 
Our problem at DB is that they can not compete with PHYSICAL receivers....Ginn would give us speed...the TOOTHPICK in NOT PHYSICAL....he would bring nothing to the table.
 
I really cant imagine TGJ coming up in run support and hitting anybody. I just think he is to soft to play anywhere on defense.

:sidelol: thats a funny picture.. Imagine a runner going to his side (which would happen 90% of the time if the OC's are smart). They would throw him farther than Thomas Jones threw Travis Daniels last year.. They would run right through him. I get a laugh everytime I see a Ginn at DB thread

I actually think this is not that bad of an idea.

***Ted Ginn jr was the #1 rated DB in the nation coming out of High School.

Something we should explore this offseason, IMO.
 
Yeah, lets start him at something he hasnt even thought about doing in 6 years... There high returns for ya.

Hey, I benched 315 twice about 6 years ago and havent done it since... Throw the weight on... Lets get going.

Problem is alot of guys that are the best at thier position in high school end up doing nothing.

Ryan Moore number one wr out of his high school class

Yeah, 'if' we trade for Roy Williams, sure why not. But if not? Dumb idea.
