Ginn's and Fin's Future

Yes, definately over reacting.
I don't think any of the top 10 picks ahve signed yet, have they?
I think Ginn will get it signed today or tomorrow.

I like the comments from the posters, the article seems weak and non supported. Can anyone get a job writing these days?

Not over reacting, it has been proven for years that the hardest transition from college to the pros is WR. Every snap Ginn misses is a step backwards on a team that can't afford any. Mr Ginn must understand that the fans didn't want him with that pick and he needs to get into camp and start earning their respect, it will only come from him getting it done on the field, and he is not on the field.

Yes it is overeacting, list 10 1st round picks that have signed, oh wait that many haven't even signed yet?

Once again, be a leader, sign him and let the others in the top ten feed off of what you have done. Get the guy into camp so he can help your team and don't worry about the other guys. WR need every snap they can get to be good the first year.

i'm not saying how many top 10 1st rounders have been signed, i am saying list 10 1st round draft picks that have been signed.

These rookies scratching and clawing for better deals are ridiculous. Regardless of the length of the contract or escalator clauses or whatever, these first-rounders are set for life. They could not make it past their rookie contract and they still would never have to work another day in their lives. So this I have to do what's best to take care of my family garbage just doesn't fly. If you're a rookie, especially one your fanbase did not want picked in the first place, you sign the contract when you're "close" and get your butt in camp.

but training camp hasn't started...

the problem with missing real training camp is they teach new things, and go through things the team needs to know and they go over these things each day... as you miss a day, you miss learning new things...

right now they aren't teaching anything that wont be re-gone over once the veterans come in... hes not "missing" anything, sure the more reps the better, but its not going to impact his growth by missing this time...

Honestly you want people to take less money because the fans don't want him? i'm sorry but if you run a sports team by what the fans say you will be in a world of trouble.

Ginn may have been a reach but we got Beck so who cares

Ginn will get signed by Friday and will make plays for us for years not to mention stretch the field
