Looked it up on pro-footballreference. Not counting post-season, Ginn returned the 9th and 10th kickoff returns for TD's in Dolphins history. The number seems awfully small for a franchise that has been around for 43 years, hmm?

Dolphins have never really had a dynamic return man. Always been a 3rd string bum with no use.

the bucks have had 1 k/o return ever in there franchise history.. thats why 2 in 1 game is so special. Ginn should of been used like this all year he is a special player, needs to find his niche though

They are finally using Ginn as he should be used. he was never a #1 receiver, and maybe he never will be. He's a specialty player and he should be used too suit his strengths.

Wow!!!!! 1/5 of our TD returns in one game. I don't know if that is awesome, or kind of sad...hehe

Ok so does that include the first play in dolphins history. If so, we only had 7 returns in all our games between the first and most recent.

Doesn't Ginn have a punt return TD as well from his rookie season, the game we played in Philly?

hell yea he does he actually had 4 returns that season for TDs but somehow flags were thrown... thats whyi held my breath everytime he scored last week and praying for no flags lol

PS the four returns were cleveland, buffalo, philly, and actually seahawks was just last year..on that okie doke manuever he pulled on that guy lol

Against Philadelphia, Ted Ginn had a TD punt return, not KO return. Are those 10 in Dolphins history, KO returns only?? Do you know if they include punt returns also??

Asked about this earlier, i cant remember ever seeing a kick return before Ginn. I remember Welker getting close, but I never thought he scored, I was told I was wrong, but I thought he was tackled on the one yard line.

This makes Ginn's day even more impressive

I too thought Welker had never scored (that ******* always tripped on himself when he was breaking away) but the stats say he's got one. And I only counted kickoffs, not punts.

On a punt return in 2004 against the Patriots, Welker tripped and fell down at the one yard line.

Welker did have a kick off return for a touchdown a few weeks later in 2004(last game of the season) against the Ravens. It was 95 yards.

Never been a strong point for the fins, is that just KO's or does it include PR? Besides ginn the last person I remember returning a punt was jeff ogden
