Look at Ginn's returns today:

1) 31 yard return to the 43

2) 27 yard return to the 36

3) 9 yard return to the 32

4) 14 yard return to the 26

5) 12 yard to the 37

That works out to a very low average, however, he set us up beyond our 35 on three returns and past the 30 on four. When teams kick away from him, or kick short, he doesn't get credit for a lot of return yards, however, our offense gets good field position.

Which is why he should be our kick returner for the rest of the year

The thing with Ginn is that he runs out of bounds as soon as a player is within 5 yards of him. Even the kicker tackled him.

He is explosive though, and he should stay there. He is by no means below average. Bess is though, and I think we should try Ginn at PR as well

Ginn today was the most impressive player on our team to me. Some of the adjustments he made on bad Pennington throws were what the good recievers do. His return game today showed why he needs to be back there. His first return gave us starting field position at the 43.....enough said.

Ginn Today

Today's game just showed me this coaching staff just doesnt use Ginn correctly. First off I am still waiting on the Ginn wrinkle in the wildcat. Also those quick slant dump off passes they are throwing to Cobbs show be a start. We get gin in the open field and one of those times he will break it.

Dont even get me started on Pennington almost always going to a quick dump off. It seems he just does not want to throw past 10 yards. It's almost like he has already checked down before the play has even started. I counted 4 or 5 times today Ginn was open. I wont lay blame on Pennington for everything but today he was less than fantastic with quite a few throws.

As far as Ginn being the return man that is a no brainer and if he isnt back there on a full time basis that is just a bone head move by our coaching staff.

Peace.
