Please stop. This wasn't lucky. We were the better team. We played like ****, but we still were the better team and the time just worked in our favor at the end.
Are you being sarcastic? I sure hope so. Big ups to Henne, he made a HORRIBLE decision and then came back and lead a game winning 4th qtr drive in 1min 10sec.
Henne looked terrible hooking up with Bess on those 2 big passes moving Miami in to field goal range, using no timeouts in the process. Maybe they should start a new forum: finhaters.com. Seems like a lot of people here would love to migrate over there.
Henne is fine! Why do other teams draft QB"s and they start right away, but our coaches think our QB needs to be brought along slowly. Our coaches suck! Let Henne throw the ball. Tampa Bay is the worst team in the league. They put a rookie QB in and he looked great. Freeman was no where near the QB in college than Henne was. It's our coaches!!!
Henne made a poor decision...almost epically poor and nearly blew the game at the end.
Then he bounced back and led us into FG range with two nice throws to Bess.
That is objectively exactly what happened. All you fluffers and haters can sit here and try to interpret what it all means, but the reality is he was in one moment terrible and the next moment brilliant.
he played very well, Henning needs to stop holding him back and let him throw the damn ball. he moved the ball as fast as Peyton could have with very few weapons, it was impressive. Henning needs to let the kid throw.
