Give Lemon a chance?

I might get flamed for this but what the hell. I was thinking, why NOT start Lemon or at least have him play a half against the Titans? I mean we're already mathematically out of the playoffs if I'm not mistaken. We might as well give him a shot to see what he's got. Anyone else think we should give him at least a half? We could always pull him and put Rosenfels back in (assuming Gus can't play) if he starts to stink it up. Thoughts, anyone?
 
he has suposedly looked very poor in practice my answer would be he is a 3 for a reason

If the game with the Titans turns into a blow out, then I say put Lemon in the second half, and see what he can do. We need to see him some before next year, to help understand which way we will go as a team!;)
 
supposedly he suck in practice? according to who? you? where did you hear that?
 
We'll see enough Lemon next year in pre-season. I don't think there's any way we just let him go before next pre-season.

i disagree with you bro. The reason being if you don't give him any real game time action, you don't know how many quarterbacks do you need to go after in the off season, and how serious the issue is, or couldn't be if there is a changing of the guard in house, and do we go outside for a step up.

Reasons? I know he might be gone before next season, but shouldn't we give him a chance to determine that on the field?

Also, does anyone have a link or anything regarding his supposed poor performance in practices?

you also tell everyone else thats playing hurt, playing their hardest, that you arent trying to win. Not fair to the team, or the fans.

Theres a reason this kind of stuff doesnt happen.
 
i have spoken with a few people who cover the dolphins practices and they said so. i will not mention who because i do not have permission

Forget about Lemon, how bout we let our former 3rd stringer get some playing time. Sage has yet to get enough snaps to judge whether he can be a solid backup(I dont think he can be a starter)

Bro read my previous post! I said if we are ahead in a blow out then give Lemon the second half!
 
Even though we are out of the playoffs it's important to win for the morale of the team and respect. I still think we play Gus or Sage. I think the coaches have a pretty good idea of how many quaterbacks they need, and I'd rather wait to see Lemon after a full offseason with the team. Lets not jump the gun.

you didnt start the thread and i didnt quote u, so how i am disputing u?


If Gus is hurt and hes out for the game, our game is a blowout, then yes, let Lemon play.
