Let us remember this is our first year under a new regime, from top to bottom, everything has been replaced, along with more than half the roster. there is way to much critism coming from this board, wether it be ronnie the defense the oline chambers etc...im sure we will see a different offense in week 6 than we see now. our players are learning a completly different system than wadball, lets give them time to let there instincts and ability take over. lets get ronnie comfortable with the speed of the game, lets let chambers feel comfortable with the offense and the route combinations, give Dbo a chance to get back into the game, its been a long time for him. we simply shouldnt expect perfect execution from a team under these circumstances this quickly, but already the improvment has been tremendous. they will grow together, under saban, and our time will come. please dont go jumping off before we reach our final destination...

They are still coming along. They will get better everyweek.

I am willing to give our coaching staff time to "coach the talent up to the level necessary", nothing more, nothing less.

Then if personnel changes are necessary they will be justified.

I couldent agree more. Now that we finaly have the coaches on the offensive side of the ball to teach player we will be much improved over last year. I still think we need at least one more draft/free agency period to see the results we all want on a consistant bassis but the most important thing imo is WE ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK! It all starts with coaching and we finaly have that. :)
