That's funny I read yesterday he cancelled his visit to Houston and re signed with NE. Anyone confirm this as that link leads to an article Clayton wrote today.
 
Givens will almost certainly resign with the pats. He just wants to test the waters, see how much he can get. But since he's not getting a lot of money thrown at him, he'll just go back to where hes comfortable. Can't say i blame him. He's grown up with Tom brady and the rest of that team.

The Patriot story was bogus, just like the Browns story was bogus. Fact is, Givens is still a FA.
 
if we sign givens we have to release booker he hasnr really contributed alot and givens would a exellentn pick up adn is much younger and cheaper than booker so if we release booker we would be ina a perfect shape in cap spacxe incuding gus

Givens will not come cheaper than Booker, I guarantee that. And to say Booker hasn't contributed is ignorant.
 
Givens brings a better blocking WR to the running game. He's got deceptive speed. If he can sign him, maybe we can trade Booker.
