After halftime at the panthers game you all had a quick glimpse of the starting offense while Joey was with the starters. So far this preseason Joey has came in with the starters only for a very short time, and in that short time with the starters he has looked awsome. Now either Saban is only letting Joey stay in with the starters a very short time because he doesnt want Joey to make Daunte look like trash or he is only leaving Joey in a short time with the starters because he doesnt want you to see his true offense.

Or he sees what is obvious to everybody but you, that DC is a better QB than Harrington.

Or maybe you have a man-crush on Joey and everything your saying is because of that...

...just maybe

Maybe he wants other organizations to see a glimpse of what harrington really can be to trade him at the end of the season

lol... I have a man crush on both of them. Whoever we play with this season they both seem to be doing good.

Neither. Saban leaves Daunte in for as long as he can go each game while he progresses back to game speed. Joey gets the first string when they are about to start coming out to avoid injuries.

There is a reason that QB rating is strongly influenced by Pct. Cmp. Note: Pct. Cmp. directly effects the Yrd per Attempt; ergo, two of the components of the QB rating are influenced. If you compare at the current or the lifetime Pct. Cmp. between Joey and Dante, then the answer is clear. Dante is clearly the better QB!!

They said the samething about Steve Young (Harrington)... he stinks and stuff...... Last time I went to Canton I saw his likeness there....So all you so called experts let the coach make the decision...

OR

He saw what he needed from Daunte, wanted to get Joey in after the 1st half for a little work with the starting recievers AND wanted to see if the O-line could find a way to block for our RBs, since they weren't up to that point!

The team is managing Culpepper's return, I'm sure there's a lot of plays we having seen and I'm sure Culpepper is getting the work he needs considering he's been in this O, and at the same time trying to get Joey some positive time with the first string so he catches on faster and feel at ease, if DC does have a set back.

Wow...Joey is put in with the starters for a while and everyone is now on the "Joey is better than DC" bandwagon...Joey did well. DC did better. Joey has had a checkered past (football-wise), DC pretty much has not save for a poor couple of games in 2005 before the injury). DC is returning from a devastating injury in which most of the doctors and experts and media types/past football guys were shocked that he could return as fast as he has and yet he's still not 100%...Joey is 100% physically. I think there is as much a difference between DC and Joey as there is between Joey and Lemon....lets not get too carried away unless we have to use Joey at some point.

BTW, that is a real possibility once the real stuff starts...
