How about some names though guys. As far as Heckert,i wouldn't mind going back to a 4-3 defense,and with Daboll being our OC,perhaps going to a WCO won't be that bad as long as we have a HC,Offensive staff,and QB to run it.

Tom Heckert started his career with the Miami Dolphins. He was here from 1991-2000 working his way up from being a pro and college scout to Director of Player Personnel. So, don't rule him out in coming here. Personally, I think it's time to go to the WCO. Miami has never run it before, and we've pretty much tried everything else offensively. Let's give it a shot.

I know Savage was not awesome in Cleveland but he was one of the major parts of creating the Ravens superbowll team and many of the players he scouted became pro bowlers.

Yea a very underrated football guy give him a strong gm and I really think his son is going to be a fantastic head coach. I still think savage can be a very good gm, u cant discount the job he did for Baltimore and he still a very young guy
