Alright everyone knows about Finheaven being down and I'm trying to type this quickly incase it goes down again. To let everyone know, at this moment, all bids will be set at the highest bid, but FA starts at 10:00pm EASTERN, as in, players can not be considered signed until tomorrow at 10:00pm. I'm sorry for the inconvience but this is in all fairness. No bids are retracted, but all bids as of 10:20 pm will be given the new time of 10:00pm of March 4th. I'm sorry again for this inconvience. Thank you.

My post beforehand may have caused some confusion, so I'll give an example

Saint Greg placed a bid on Daniel Graham of 2 million at 12:01am on Sunday. It's currently 12:07am on Monday now. But because of the boards being down, Gregs bid will be given the time of 10:00pm Sunday, so he will not be awarded Graham until 10:00pm Monday (if he is not raised). I hope that clears some confusion.

When can we add players to our roster? Do we have to wait until the updaters say we have the inning bid?

hey i just got home from work at 10 pm. why 10 and not midnight? Its always midnight deadlines. Some of us work and can only do this at night

Because it's supposed to be any guy that has a bid no-one else matched in 24 hours. There are people like me who bid on guys early the first day of free agency and have had to have guys up there for well over 24 hours now so it's a fair time for those bids.

If you bid now 11:05 pm you will get your guy at 11:05 pm tomorrow (assuming no-one bids on him) You already knew this probably but I posted it just in case.

what i'm talking about is the deadline for the first bids. the site was down yesterday and I couldnt get on until 10pm tonight and people are already being awarded players. This is unfair to anyone who has a job and has to work late. The first day of free agency is the most important and Ive already missed out on a couple of players because someone arbitralily chooses 10 pm the day after the site crashes. The first deadline shouldve been midnight allowing everyone to participate not just kids in college

I know that the site wasn't up when I checked frequently until I went to sleep last night at 5am.

When did the site come back online? I checked at 3pm this afternoon and it was running.

You have a point, in fact I think you are right Adam. We should have waited 24 hours after the site was back and running normally. I see some posts from 10pm last night, but that must have been a small window because I was checking habitually from 3pm sunday until 5am monday and never made it through.

I just don't know if anything can be done to make it right now that teams have been awarded players.

its a shame cause it looks like only half the people are participating and getting good players cheap. I would say that if the site goes down from here on out there should be a 24 hour catch up period so that everyone can participate

The site going down really screwed things up. I agree about any site crashes in the future, 24 hour minimum. Finheaven still isn't at full speed.

and while i'm ranting - lol- why are people deleting posts? its the only way you can prove a dispute with the person in charge. Last year I ran one of the positions and over the course of free agency I

Last year I ran one of the positions and over the course of free agency I made a couple fo mistakes and the only way we were able to starighten it out was to go look at the original posts and the time stamp on them

You lost me at free agency I.

CLASSIC DOUBLE POST> was that to make a point about mistakes in threads:sidelol: :sidelol: :sidelol:

The site was up a few times yesterday, about long enough to get in, check a thread and get out. It was up and running by 8:00 AM here, which I believe would be about 10 there.

It is a drag that things have been screwy, just gotta make up for lost time I guess...
