i believe this hire is as important as the HC hire, if not more so....

is mueller the guy, or is there someone else out there more qualified?

It all depends. If the next head coach gets total control of the operations, he will probably want to bring in his own personnel guy and Mueller will be gone.

I think Mueller is the right guy, but they have to let him do his job.. I prefer to let him do what he does and bring in an offensive minded coach to do his own job and stop worrying about everything else..

Randy will land on his feet... he's recognized around the league as a quality personell man. Wy would we get rid of him?
