Go Chargers!!!

First, that's exactly what the original post said. Read much?

Second, the fans who think 1 high draft pick is gonna save our team, are the ones who aren't bright. Did Ronnie Brown save our team? How about Jake Long?

How many high draft picks have the patsies had? Steelers? Packers?

Stop being ridiculous.

Exactly what I am thinking. The Patsies are a Dynasty behind a 6th rd pick (199th) in Brady others that werent in the top 5 picks that are "pretty good"..Aaron Rodgers(24th) Matt Schaub 3rd rd (90th) Ryan Fitzpatrick 7th(250th) etc etc..Its pretty much a crap shoot getting a Franchise qb in the 1st or any round pretty much.I remember when everyone was begging for Brady Quinn, lol

No 1 picks Bust..1st overall included..........................yea lets throw away the season for a potential??franchise qb I bet all these teams thought somewhere along the same lines.

We havent been as bad as the Lions, but we havent been much better either what with having 3 top 9 picks in a four year period, two of those picks being top 2. Although improved, Henne is still extremely average. He is not a winning QB. Yes, he upped his game, but going from very bad to average isnt something I want in my QB.
We have been mediocre, no doubt about that, but not nearly as bad as the Lions the last 10 years.

Miami loses all their games this year, and that will not automatically help them to be better, because if they take Luck, they still will have a problem with the O-line.

Say all you want about Henne, the main problem has been the line, not Henne.

Not a very good argument IMO. So what you are saying is we should let potential franchise QB's go because some were busts? With that logic why bother drafting anyone at all? Not every first round QB is a bust and we should not skip a franchise QB because of some guys didnt make it in the past. How many QB's have we taken in the later rounds that have made the team, or better yet, became franchise QB's? try none.

If you want to root against the Phins, go ahead - but you, and all others in your group, need to STOP TELLING ME I'M NOT A REAL FAN if I'm still rooting for Miami.

First of all, it is not a group it is a gang-- OG triple OG. We don't do drive-bys, we park outside of your house and shoot.

Second of all, soon, you all will be ONE OF US. Sucks dunnit?

Miami picked 2 QBs in the first round. Both whom are in the Hall of Fame. How's that for an argument. Looks like Luck is on our side. Pun intended.

All real Dolfans will be rooting for losses from here on out.

Who are you and who the **** decided that you are the head of the fanbase?
Enough with this "A real Dolphins fan would do X" nonsense.

Even if we did get the 1 pick im pretty sure we would find a way to screw it up its the way this franchise works.

No I didnt say not to draft him no 1 overall if we end up with the pick...I said dont throw away a whole season hoping to catch lighting in a bottle.:err:

Ok, there´s 2 sides...the "Real" fans who allways want to win, and the "you will never be a Real " fan, because you want your team to lose out the season...
The only thing we are all clear about, is that were FED UP with being mediocre, which is what we´ve been for the last 30+ years...Ross, get us Luck or Barckley, somehow, and show us you give a damn!!

Also, imagine you´re a Charger fan, you already had your heart broken (Ryan Leaf) after getting a surefire QB...Then, many years later, you get a proven passing machine like Phillip Rivers...still, they wait, it they may never get to the show with him...its not only about getting a "star" QB, much less tanking a season!
