I have thought about this! I would love him. With Ross being a Michigan fan and alum and Tannebaums desire and apparent need for big trades I can see us trading up for him.

I don't want us to but it makes sense if it happens.

Peppers can play FS. He has the range to man the deep middle. And on third down he becomes a chess piece answer to whatever the offense is showing you. And man, those intangibles are off the chart. He'd be our Landry on defense.
 
Great player but the problem imo is this.....doesn't matter how good your corners and safeties are, if you can't stop the run it'd be a waste of talent back there and we won't stop the run till we get some real LBs in there so taking a safety before we take a LB could be a mistake

Hes a SS; playing him at FS is a waste of a player. I'm sure can do it by why? Considering just like R Jones, he wants up front in the middle of the action.
 
He looked great at combine but tomorrow will be a better comparison when he's out there with DBs. Definitely fits the mold for a guys who really loves football, and is a competitor. Haason Reddick is the guy who I really loved today, great at senior bowl and blew away combine Von miller esque measureables, he may have shot up out of our range with his showing today looks like a top 15 guy

I was surprised when NFLN showed a list of teams in need of a LB and the Fins were not on that list?????

What do the "experts" know about our team? But WE know we need LB's real bad and a DE as well

He could be there at 22. Depending who else is still on the board you consider it. You don't trade up for him though.
