god i hate the NBA schedules in the playoffs...

so every damn game is gonna start at 9 ET (well tip off probably closer to 9:30)... so for us east coasters thats games ending at like 12:30... which i understand you need for west coasters to be able to watch...

but why cant they have any weekend games on a friday or saturday night? or a day game on saturday or sunday? every game is on when i got work the next day...

the only weekend games they are going to have will be sunday nights at 9pm, cmon cut us a break, you could have that game on during the day, or a 6ET start... there is no need for the sunday night game to be that late...

**** just pisses me off... i need my sleep :boohoo:
 
Its like that w/ all sports. For some reason they cater to the West Coast sports fan yet the WC sports fans always whine "east coast bias".
 
The NBA keeps pulling crap like this. Sorry it is quickly becoming one of my least favorite sports. I still love basketball and college Basketball, but the NBA just keeps pissing me off. Back to scheduling, WHY do they need to have so many days off in between games? HELL the NHL has games on back to back nights in the playoffs WHY can't the NBA?

I can honestly say I probably will not watch the finals. Or at least more than 1 quarter of any game. :shakeno:
 
I usually go to bed at like 2 am, so I'll stay up and watch the games.

(And I work at 8am M-F)
 
man i need my sleep... i try to go to sleep by like 11 every night... if not im just dead all day... thursday nights i usually go out and then im wasted and asleep by 3am and a booze smelling zombie the next day, but thats ok, i just dont like staying up too late too many days of the week...
 
look at the ratings. Nobody is watching anyway!!!!!!! It doesn't matter

No it does not and the NHL had a week off between the conference finals and the Stanley Cup finals

I know when the RAIN DELAY at the Indy 500 has a higher rating than an NBA Conference Finals game.......that the ratings in the FINALS will be poor. Yes, I do know that!!!

"Cater" to the West coast fans? A lot of people miss the start of games because they are still at work or sitting in traffic.

I don't see the NFL "catering" to the West coast fan.
