I apologize if this article was already I didn't see it on a recent thread. I think Bernandino makes some great points, although Im not as distraught over losing Marshall like some on here, I think we will be fine just look at the numbers below.

As I wrote back in December, Marshall is still looking for his first playoff trip after six NFL seasons. Incredibly, he’s never had a winning season in the pros as a starting player.
For his career, his teams are now 45-51 in the NFL, 18-28 in college (Central Florida) and 8-32 in high school (Lake Howell outside Orlando).
That’s a career winning percentage of .390 over his past 14 years of football.
It’s a team game, yes, but that’s still a disturbing trend when you consider how many times in that span Marshall has been the most talented player on the field — for either team."
