and trade up for tannehill so we can really give a reason to piss people off! lol

go figure finheaven doesn't have much to say about an article written by one of the smartest football writers in america (bill barnwell)

Miami Dolphags = the NFL laughing stock for another decade+

Gerrard did not want to come here last year as a backup. Moores contract needs to be extended a couple of more years before he steps on the field. Holdout is coming. Just wait and see. Smith back to SF.

Of course everyone wants phins to draft a good QB. Thats what we have been saying since Marino retired. Our last draft QB was PAt White and before him Henne and before that it just gets worse. Second round for Feely and so on and so on.

This article is CRAP.

Great article about our QB situation, and I agree with everything he says...however it doesn't address the bigger issue of the perception of our organization, and what needs to be done about that.

e basically reaffirms what many are thinking. Best bet is to stick with Moore, and look to the draft for a QB. Maybe bring in Garrard as a backup

Maybe that is the right move BUT I really hope that Flynn turns out to be a bum if not, there will be a revolt! As far as Matt Moore and Alex Smith goes, I can say this, Give me one game where Moore beat a good quality team last year? Every team that had a good defense he look mediocre at best. Alex Smith on the other hand contributed to 13 wins and led a game winning drive to beat damn good Saints team in the playoffs. IJS

Oh please. Bill Barnwell is a levelheaded guy, and he often tries to see the big picture and remain objective, but if you think he's "one of the smartest football writers in america", I suggest you expand your selection...

FWIW I don't think this FA season was the end of the world as we know it, and I'm fairly comfortable heading into next season with Moore at QB, but I'm not willing to sanctify any and everyone that agrees with it...
