Good bye mr. Ireland!!

He isn't going anywhere...Ross is a football moron and just doesn't see who is at fault here. Hell...he'll probably fire the OL coach for doing such a bad job with all the talent Ireland provided him!

Actually, you can hate that fire ireland is beaten with a dead horse, but something about being swept by the bills seems to freshen it right up.

I really don't get stuff like this...Ireland is to Blame for this team that CLEARLY has the talent. But it being failed in everyway Coaching-Wise?

HAHA, talent? Our offensive line just got treated like a high school team for a second time by the Bills. Our running game is non-existent!

Ireland doesn't suck, he just isn't good. He is a .500 GM. If we are happy there, then we will keep him.

This team clearly has back of the draft talent. He whiffs at the top of the draft where the best athletes are.

You guys needs to watch other teams in the league besides Miami. A lot of NFL teams have O-line problems, But the difference is their coaching staff knows HOW to compensate PROPERLY for it. Tell me can you honestly tell me our Coaching staff employed a different Game-Plan today and made the right adjustment this game against the Bills compared to the first game?

We could have the best O-Line in football and we still lose with offensive play calling like that. Ireland is the easy one to blame for all of this but the coaching staff has got to work with what they have, and in no means did Sherman try to do anything different. The guy makes no adjustments whatsoever.

If any of you think Ireland or even Sherman or Philbin will be fired...you are delusional. Our owner doesn't have the nutsack to pull the trigger and get rid of these shining examples of mediocrity. Prepare for another year of terrible playcalling, underachieving players, and more draft pick and free agent busts from a gm that should have been canned two years ago with the rest of the Parcells gang. All this failure starts from up top and Mr. Ross is content with his beautiful crew of jesters laughing their way right to each and everyone of our faces as we continue to suffer in the misery of Miami Dolphins football.

As if, OP. Today would be worth it if Ireland's firing was guaranteed.

If your happy with mediocre, you shouldn't expects others to have to. This team sucks flat out, something has got to change otherwise there won't be any fans left. No fans = equals hello LA, Ross needs to fire Ireland once in for all

Ireland is here until someone finds & destroys the photos he has of Ross or some other VIP team official with a shaved gerbil.

There is really no other reason that would explain why he is still around other than that.

Why is this so hard to see? This team, This OC has tunnel vision. He is TERRIBLE at understanding what kinda game he's in and by virtue when he needs to abandon certain things and go in another direction. This was a game very early that suggested protection is going to be a problem. So what does he do? Insist on putting further stress on the O-Line...

Further where is the counter? Where are the plays that are designed to hurt teams that like to get in the back-field early?

Oh, really? Well then why do we usually win when the line plays good?
