Good bye Orton, hello Rex

I think Orton will improve with time & be decent but Rex is just much better now. Orton got a lot of credit for the win streak that he didn't do anything to help win.
 
I've been waiting for this one for a while and it couldn't have come at a better time. The difference between the two offenses was incredible, Rex can be the real deal.
 
Vick cant bring a team back by throwing...
 
Vick cant seem to play well against fast defenses. When someone stops the run and makes him throw, puts a little pressure on him he is extremely ineffective. I think Id rather have Schaub against a really good defense, and Ive been a big Vick supporter in the past.
 
It's pretty unfair for Orton in my opinion but it does seem like Grossman gave them a bit of a spark, I really don't think there's anyway you could say clear cut that Grossman is better than Orton and gives them a better chance at making a run in the playoff than Orton. From watching last nights game, Vick should have been benched instead of/or before Orton.

It is fair. Orton has absolutely sucked the past 7 weeks with a QB less than 70 in every game, 3 TDs, 6 Ints, & a 48% completion. He has lost his job outright. The Bears are in the playoff hunt & you can't have the QB lose it.

Yes Vick is highly overrated and he is in the top ten worst starting QB's throwing wise!

Grossman is the better QB Orton has been recieving to much credit for there winning streak. I think Orton can become a solid QB but Grossman if he can stay healthy looks like he can become a Franchise QB. I actually wouldn't mind him as our starter with Gus backing him up next season.
