1. A year ago, Miami Dolphins coach Nick Saban was in his first NFL training camp, taking over a team that looked like it might be lucky to win six games. Somehow, he got it to win nine. Fast forward a year and you now have a team picked by some to win the division and maybe get even more. As a result, Saban seems far more at ease than he did a year ago, which has to be a hint that he thinks it will be better. That's about all you'll get out of Saban, because he's not about to come out and say it. His guarded approach is part of his coaching shtick. But one thing that does come through is this: This guy can coach. Getting his team to win nine games last season was an amazing feat. Now comes the hard part -- building on it. But judging by Saban's demeanor compared, you get the idea he knows this team is significantly better and has a chance to do something come January.
