I particulary like the quote that he compared himself to a Jedi Knight the way things were slowing down for him.

As usual CK, you are spot on. When are you going to write a new article? I'm jones'in for more in-depth Fins info!ckparrothead said:OMG that's hilarious.
He's so awkward with his press statements, lol. The jedi knight thing is hilarious.
Everyone's making such a big deal out of 2005 but Daunte's had 6-game streaks that were just as bad. He really only had 3 bad games in 2005, against 3 playoff teams (Bucs, Bears, Bengals). Many of his losses were characterized by his D allowing gobs of yardage and points right from the get-go, forcing Daunte into constant shotgun come-from-behind attempts. Kind of hard to do that when you have a turnstile OL, young inexperienced WRs, no ground threat, and a first time coordinator that was promptly demoted back to OL coach at his new job after being fired.
