Why would I care what washed up football ppl have to say? IMO way too many ppl give these has-beens far too much credit with anything that involves their opinion regarding sports.

Not really a big deal. Teams know nose tackles and sam linebackers come out on nickel. Misi will be coming off the field. But I do like Mitchell's 3 down ability

...because have actually been a part of NFL front offices, coaching staffs and players. were as you are probably in the same boat as me and haven't played since high school.

If their opinion meant anything they wouldn't be on tv. Beyond entertainment value I've never understood why anyone would give crap about what a bunch of has-beens have to say?
 
Hickey is doing the right things but what still worries me are the assistant and position coaches that can get the players to maximize their talent and coaches that recognize the talent and game plan around it.

The problem is when the team you assemble year after year fails people stop giving you the benefit of the doubt and put everything move you make under a microscope. Lets be honest though. It isn't like we don't have the results of what Jeff Ireland did here. He failed at his job. Bottom line.
 
i for one thought Starks was gone.esp when he flipped off our sidelines
