Good lord

HEY Dolphin d1 , i tried to distract the gang here a few days ago from this rw talk and i got ripped for it. i agree there are other issues that need to be discussed. such as qb, wr, and dt . With bowens and chester's situation i am convinced that deffensive tackle will be our weakest link . i also thought about starting a rumor of dan returning but thought against it.

p.s . i found a mark duper card in a antqiue store how do you all feel about mark duper and mark clayton as wrs ? none better in my eyes. i really hope chambers and booker have a goos season . and i hope boston doesnt test positive for anything this time around.
so from the standpoint of offense i fore see a great season and from the standpoint of coaching nick may make a mistake or two but hey even I can can make a mistake or two, anyways i support nick 100% so go dolphins

I've just realized that 18 of the 25 active threads on this page are about Ricky Williams.

What has happened to you people? Have you turned into crazy, derranged lunatics? Lets get the tides turning...

Excl. Ronnie, who do you guys think will have the best rookie season or us??
and you just made it 19 of 26

mabey because hes the Greatest HB the dolphins have ever had?

i dont think you can say that, despite his production, i think u have to play more than 2 seasons to earn that title.

Please show me where Csonka ever recorded 3 straight 1200 yards seasons (yes i know only 2 of those were with us. Csonka also never recorded 1853 in 1 season (in the top 10 best all time for 1 season). Csonka would have nothing to say about that nor would any of this franchises other rb's. :shakeno:

You're comparing apples to oranges. For starters Zonk played a 14 game schedule back then. He also shared the rock with some pretty good players (Kick & Morris). From an athletic standpoint Ricky has (or had) more gifts. But from a reliability standpoint it's not even close (see last July). While you're comparing stats be sure to compare fumbles per carry as well. Also include Superbowl MVP's and championships while you are at it.

We can't even be sure how much time Roth will see this year.....
We have soo many starting quality DE's its unheard of.

in all honesty....While I have absolutely no problem with all the Ricky talk/threads...I do think that the mods could merge some of them together.

And virtually no reliable/healthy DT's

Rickey is a better back than Csonka IMO

agreed. but just remember how good he was with mercury morris' and jim kiick's help. Ricky, Ronnie, and Lamar could actually better than them.

New England had that crazy two defensive lineman scheme they ran on occasion. Having say, kevin carter and vonnie holliday do that, then with JT and roth as linebackers wouldn't be such a bad idea. Either way our defense will be much improved this year because of the new blood, and our newfound ability to actually hold on to the ball on offense for more than 3 plays at a time.

Exactly. If you want to complain then do it in one of the many Ricky threads that already exists. Don't contribute by posting another one.

Original topic check-- I think Roth, He may end up being a situationalor starting end this year, and may be a LB in the occasional 3/4 scheme- he could put up very nice numbers opposite Taylor

other originaltopic- There is no other news-Boston threads were a dime a dozen 2 days ago, and traylor/buckley/law/God knows whoever else signing threads will be coming in a day or show

just ride the tide of people needing to make a thread exactly like all other ricky threads instead of POSTING IN THE ORIGANAL THREAD

....Very well said!!
