Well today AD has announced he is leaving to the NFL. I cant say I didnt see this coming, but it would of been awesome to see him dawn the Crimson n Cream one more time. Its a shame that he didnt play a full 3 seasons with all those fluke injuries. He leaves OU at #3 all time on the rushing list behind Joe Washington and Billy Sims.

Good Luck AD, plz dont die in Detroit or whever you go

BTW, his last play as a Sooner was a touchdown, quite fitting

Oh im srry to bother anyone, but could someone plz make me a new sig since he is gone....thx in advance :D

Quick question? What does AD stand for? Adrian Deterson?

Isn't he injury prone? Thats what I've heard.

No

ankle injury was just sprained, nothin serious, dosnet even bother him. It happens all the time.

His collar bone is fully healed from what Stoops, himself, and doctors have said.

Besides none of these injuries are lingering. Any team who passes up AD only because they think he is injury prone is a moron or a Houston Texan.

i know this may sound ridicoulsly stupid, but i would love it if the dolphins drafted him. i have watched many big 12 games, and he is simply amazing. ronnie is a good catcher so we could use double back sets or even put RB in the slot. I know ronnie is getting a lot of money and we have a lot of holes, but i think he will be the best player to come out of this draft, bar NONE.

I think he is the best player in the draft, but it wont show on the draft list, because there is not a huge need for RB in the early part of the 1st round. As much as I would LOVE I mean LOVEEEEE to see that happen, it wont, im sure Ronnie wouldnt appreciate it either.

But hey we could always see if the Wishbone works in the NFL :D

lol i dont remmber ronnie complaining when he ricky came back to split carries. I love ronnie, and hes a hard worker but i dont think he could carry it 30 times a game and be effective. after he came back from that arm injury last year, he ran terrific when his runs were more spread out.. the only problem i see is that adrian peterson is more of a fourth quarter back, as in he gets stronger as the game goes on (IMO) so this team would have to feed him the ball many times. and i hate when people say that he is injury prone without seeing him run. im suprised he hasnt been injured MORE. he plays HARD week in week out and ran his heart out for stoops. I think it boils down to if there is a player out there more VALUBLE with the ninth pick. If he is still avalible (which he may be because he has been labled injury prone) and the dolphins pass up on him i may cry. i KNOW we have other needs, but this is probaly the best pick since brohm will not come out. lol i dont know about the wishbone (LOL unless put ricky at FB), but a split back with a te and two WR and two stud RB.. WOW.. thats a backfield that will punish people. i honestly dont care what formation it is, its the coaches job to find a way to put thier best players on the field and RB and AD would be a dynamic duo. the easist way to win games is a good run game and good defense. if the dolphins have that and something that will resemble a passing game, it would make us a pretty damn good team. i obviously have really strong opinons about this guy, and most of you may think that would be an unecceary pick, but i think it may just be the safest and most valuable choice.

oh, and this is coming from a texas a&m fan.

I forgot about Ricky, lol. But yea if he is still there why not draft him? He is certanly WAY TO good to pass up.

Im glad you brought up the point that he gets stronger as the game goes on, like in the 4th quarter. How many times have the Dolphins had to come back in the 4th quarter, but we always seem a play short for the win, perhaps if he is there AD will make it happen.

I have a ? Hows Mike Goodson comin along, that guy is amazing for a freshman, its a shame Frannie had to play him when the game was out of hand

Yeah dude excatly, thats what i mean. if we are drafting by best player he would be a no branier. and AD will get you those yards, but you need a offensive coordinator who actually runs the ball in those critical situations.

and about mike goodson, im not sure what you mean. the game was never out of hand the aggies were in it till the end. we only lost by one.. it was frannys fault because he should have gone for the TD instead of the FG that late in the game:fire:

oh hey check out the sig i made last night. lol i think it obvious i want him on the fins roster.
