Hopefully to break the string of WR's having career days vs us along come the Chiefs, whose best passing threats are Gonzalez and Holmes. If Eddie Kennison lights us up for 100 yards, I'll never watch football again! That would be a sad sight to see....

..This being said our LB's will have a tough task with the Holmes/Gonzalez tandom...but we seem to shine at home thus far...I thought Carolina was a terrible match up for us but we pulled that off...

Our offense MUST put up 28 points to win IMO

Yeah shut down Gonzalez and Holmes and thats a win. KC's Wideouts look good, because Green makes them look good.

you guys aren't giving credit where its due. Kennison may not be a household name, but he gets the job done. They don't need to use their WR's that much because Priest and co. break out the run game. If we can't stop Michael Pittman, what makes you think we'll stop Priest? I think KC will run all over us all day long....

they won't even have to pass... and also keep in mind the bulk of Green's passing yards come from screens to their Rbs.... which they execute BEAUTIFULLY.... KC is the best screen team out there.

if we play like we did Sunday, KC will walk all over us...

EDIT: i also want to say that Gonzalez hasn't been utilized properly in KC's offense yet this year.. i think this Sunday will be his break-out game. If we can't cover Galloway in the slot on 3rd downs, our small, inept DBs will get man-handled by Gonzo on 3rd downs all day.

Before this week, Kennison was 2nd in the AFC in yards per game.

The Skins gave him a ton of respect. Apparently they rolled coverage his way all game long.

All of our wide receivers have speed and you can't afford to ignore them. We're overdue for a breakout game this year and we had 4,500 yards passing last year.

welcome to the board. it amazes me how fans from other teams always appear on here right before the next game, week in and week out.... never ceases to amaze me.

i love having you guys here, offer alternative viewpoints and what not.

Kennison is VERY underrated.... trust me i know. as saban4prez said, you can't sleep on Kennison...

where is Johnson is your analysis?

Eddie Kennison is definitely a good wide receiver when he can stay healthy and he has really emerged this season with the loss of Johnnie Morton, even though Kennison was non-existent last Sunday against Washington, he's pretty good. Madison on Kennison should be an excellent matchup. Sammie Parker got injured last Sunday and he may not play this sunday but regardless I expect them to be looking towards Marc Boerigter a lot and with his SIZE it's going to be very difficult for us to match up on him, I'm not sure who's going to be covering him... And as for Tony Gonzalez, I'm afraid he may have his best game of the season because I don't know who we have that can defend him... I'm guessing TeBucky Jones will be covering him most of the time and I am not too confident about that.

Just FYI, Eddie Kennison has had 100-yard games during two of the past three games. There's a reasonable shot that DBoston80 will have to become a soccer fan.

As gochiefs mentioned, Parker hurt his knee last week, but there's little or no dropoff between him and our third wide receiver. They're both unproven and unknown.

Parker has a sprained knee, not sure on him.
Any update on Ryan Sims? Is he definitely going to be out this week? Even though Jared Allen has been emerging as a pass rusher and had an UNBELIVABLE game last Sunday, you guys need Ryan Sims to stop the Rush, I'm thinking we're going to be running inside you a lot with Ronnie and Ricky.

Why so concerned with their passing? They might rack up 200yds rushing on us.

OK...But green doesn't look good and neither do his receivers...Definatly a sub par year for them...
