gotta say I agree with those who advo that DC needs to be a 21st Century Old School coach; get on their level, through team leaders.. vets: Wake, Pouncey, Jennings, Jones, Moore, Albert, Denny, Grimes, OV... and to some degree 17; and newbs: Jenkins, Landry, James, Matthews and Suh... connect on their level, and make them accountable to each other

We had Quinn on our staff a decade ago. Obviously not ready for HC but obviously we saw his potential. Campbell might be our guy, but might be too soon. I would hate to lose him like other good guys like Bowles and Rodgers.

Im really pulling for campbell. What a story it will be if he leads the dolphins to the playoffs and go deep. My only fear is if that happens Ross will screw it up and try to make the big splash as he always wants to do. #leavetownross
