its good to see people on here who are from RI that are still dolphin fans
and not sell them selfs out to the pats
 
I'm with ya! Been here for 7 years and will never join the Pats bandwagon.
One of the happiest sports moments in my 28 years of being a Phinfan was seeing the Pats lose to the Giants.
I'd like to trump that memory with an AFC Championship win over the Pats. That would be glorious! Ah but I dream....
 
I have a real close buddy that works for the cheaters, been to the stadium, worked out in the weight room, met all the coaches, met 1/2 the players, been to practices, have tons of gear (i use it all to wash my bike and car) but will NEVER EVER become a fan.

i go to uri and i gota say living here make me hate the patriots even more. the fans are absolutly overwhelming but illalways be a fin fan.

living in the heart of patriot mania is very difficult...but it will be much sweeter when the fins raise up lombardi's trophy someday
 
I have been a dolfan for 32 years and I live in RI. I am the biggest patriots hater you will ever now, I hate them more then I hate the yankees and if your a red sox fan you know what I mean. my friends who have jumped on the bandwagon have told me to just give in after the 1-15 season, I told them I'd rather Die, and I'm not joking about that.
 
wow i didnt realize how many people on here were from RI. Represent.

Ive lived here all my life (besides a semester at NSU in Davie). but growing up here has only fueled my hatred for the Pats. We're surrounded by band wagoners.
 
I lived in Rhode Island (federal hill)for 35 years but moved to Florida almost 15 years ago.I received a great job offer so I moved back to RI this winter(bad move)I lasted 2.5 months and even with the job going great I couldn't take the winter and returned to Florida...
I hope we are not as obnoxious as the Patriot fans are because it was downright funny how the majority of Patriot fans have no clue.

I was always a Dolphin fan after watching Marino at the begining of his career before that I enjoyed college football.I will always be a Red Sox and Celtic fan but the Patriots...NEVER...NEVER...NEVER
 
Most Pats fans have jumped on the bandwagon..... Boston (and New England) is a baseball town period. I love the Sox, Celtics, Bruins....but hate the pats with every once of me!
I'm hopin when that NFL schedule comes out, I don't have to watch the Dolphins in Foxboro during December...again
 
born and raised in cranston. been a fins fan since 85!
 
I live in MA. in rehoboth to be exact 12 miles north of providence. I havent jumped ship.
I as well have meet many of the pats players and even am friedns with the pats RB coaches son. He always asked me why are you a dolphins fan. Always said thier was just something about them that gave me that warm feeling inside.:woot:
