If Vick had gone to Cincy hed for sure be in jail again. I used to live there and didnt think it was THAT bad there, but they seem to have more arrests then any other team. Of course there is always the corrupt (Racist) cops there.

Then so be it. That wouldve been his choice. Its called natural selection. Again, if Goodell felt the same way you do about Vick going to Cinci, then why reinstate him to begin with? Its the NFL. Its a league for grown men. Its not a parenting plan. The commish should have no influence at all on what teams a player chooses to play for when they are FAs. That isnt his job.
