Here is a link to the 49ers site, it is about Gore & Foster...

Even if Gore cannot play, Foster has GAME-BREAKING ability. Either way this game will be very tough for Miami to pull out yet another win. Maybe all this talk about Gore & Foster will be fuel for the fire for our Two-Headed Running Back System.

GO PHINS!!!

DeShaun Foster is a has-been that fumbles way too much

Even if he does break one off for a touchdown he'll probably fumble it away at the one yard line

How much has Foster even played this year? Seems like not much, and if Gore isn't in, seems like they always go for Michael Robinson.

Foster is washed up.

"The offensive line was an area that the Dolphins addressed in the off-season, signing former 49ers guard Justin Smiley about a half hour into free agency, and then drafting tackle Jake Long with the first overall pick in the Draft. Smiley was lost two weeks ago when he broke his leg in the Dolphins win over St. Louis, and has been replaced at second-year left guard Andy Alleman."

I guess they have never talked to a player early or even Cheated the CAP...lol. It's a shame that Justin will not be pancaking their DL, come Sunday.

Yeah Robinson will see his share of playing time either way. But Foster does have the ability to still break off a large 50+ yard gain. He may not be the rising star, hell maybe he is the falling star wannabe...but I just hope he does not get overlooked come Sunday.

I hope you are right, otherwise Miami will be hit with a Playaction pass to Morgan deep the next series.

I think this game is going to be tougher for the 49ers to pull out another win other than vice versa.

6-1 in the last 7 > 3-1 in the last 4

Rather have Foster out there. Hes a bit washed up and Gore is still a big threat when healthy.

Foster is a great backup but nothing more but i could see how anyone could be fooled by reading the 49ers pressbox (a site dedicated to hyping and selling tickets for their team.

Foster has never broke 1000 yards
In free agency the best he could get was back up
and during his 7 years in the league he has had 10 rushing touchdowns

Only a teams website can hype this guy to gores level.
:woot:

From the article...
"The 49ers don’t particularly how they get into the end zone this Sunday, as long as they get there."

Well it looks like the writer also is confused when writing about the endzone. Let's hope the 49'ers are also looking confused like in the Cards game.

Remember this team is playing spoiler and for their new coach. The team is buying into what he is selling. We need to come out and knock them out with a heavy running game, backed up by a stout defense.

For those that say Miami does not have a stout defensive. Look at the stat that matters the most. Points SCORED...

Most Points Scored vs. Miami this season...

1) PATS - 48
2) CARDS - 31
3) Texans - 29
4) Ravens - 27
5) Jets - 20

...they lost all those games.

Rest of the games...

They average only giving up 13.125 points per game. Ohh yeah, they also won all those games.

As far 49'ers...

They have giving up more than...

30 points a game 6 times.
29 points a game 2 times.

Pretty much Miami should score about 24-27 points and only give up 14-16 points vs the 49ers.

GO PHINS!!!

Michael Robinson couldn't gain a yard against the Cardinals. We have a stout run defense. Gore, Foster or Robinson, I think we're going to fair just fine. It's Shaun Hill that should scare us.
