Alright Dolfans I cant post the link cause im xmas shopping but the niners signed RB Thomas Clayton meaning Gore is more then likely out. In fact Clayton says there are rumors that Gore stayed in San Fran. Head to Rotoworld for the link.

Look I know alot are gonna say that you would rather face a 49ers team with Gore because you rather beat a team with all its player then an injured team. Whoever thinks like that is crazy. Gore is having a great year and is huge reason why the 49ers have good lately, The guy has 13oo yds all purpose. We need all the help we can get and you shoud all light a candle and thank the football gods we are playing a Goreless 49er team becuase the niners with can catch sleeping and gore u

He isnt out yet. Last i read he will be a game time decision

the faxt that Thomas Clayton was sign is a clear indicator that Gore is out.,but Clayton is reporting that he might have not flied to for Miami. Go to Rotoworld and read.

Well, they don't know yet it seems. It goes both ways. If he doesn't play, we obviously wont have to deal with him. If he does, he will be playing with a bad ankle, which could help us as well. I don't care which one happens, i just want to win!

49ers signed RB Thomas Clayton from their practice squad.
At this point, it would be a major surprise if Frank Gore played this week. This move make Gore's absence even more likely. Clayton will now be active, along with DeShaun Foster and Michael Robinson. There is a chance Gore didn't even make the trip to Miami, although no one has reported Gore's travel schedule yet.

Ok guys I have been following this story all week. Everyone covering the 49ers never expected Gore to start. They said the clear indicator would be the niners signing Thomas Clayton, behold the niners just signed clayton. The fact that rumors now are saying Gore didn't even made the trip to means Gore is out. Expect Miami to use the same formula they used against Pass Happy SD, Denver and St. Louis. Stop the run and force the QB to beat you.

Im trying to find a stat on how many games the 49ers have won without Gore this year.

BTW guys San Fansisco is 0-3 when Gore has not played since 2005.......

good news that gore isnt playing if that is in fact true. Even if he plays i feel like we can handle the run game, we are very good at stopping the run

Yeah that may be true but Gore is an all purpose back and we have struggled with them to some extent. It is best for us of Gore is inactive or limited.

i totally agree with you, there is no way i want gore playing tomorrow. I think whoever they throw at us we can stop though

You cannot be a good team without being able to beat a team with a good player.

I thought we could beat SF their whole team intact, I figured we had a decent team that, on a good day, could take on anyone. But if Gore is out, we will never know if we could have been that team. It kind of feels tarnished a bit

I guess I am just crazy :(

Well I certainly have confidence that Sparano won't let this team implode this close to the finish line. All great champions know how to finish strong and all it would take is for us to win and the Jets to lose tomorrow and the entire scheme of things changes leading up to our showdown week 17.

I haven't been this excited this late in the season for years. :woot:

You shouldn't feel that way after we beat the Rams. We where the first item on the menu for their hungry returning starters. 49rs aren't any better than a healthy Rams team talent wise, they just have better coaching.
