Updating previous reports, David J. Neal, of the Miami Herald, reports the Miami Dolphins will receive a 2009 seventh-round draft pick from the Carolina Panthers as part of the QB Josh McCown trade.

Do you guys think it was worth it

Hell yeah it was worth it! We got a 7th round pick for free. We had no need for him any longer. He may have just been one of the roster cuts.

Yeah, in the end its a great deal, we got something for nothing and that is always good. Sure I would have loved a 5th or 6th rounder instead, but you really just have to give it up to the FO for this either way!

We basically paid $2.5 million for a 7th rd. pick. Not bad, I guess.
