Got Ramsey? No thank god!!

For all them people who wanted Patrick Ramsey last year, i ask you would you rather have Ramsey or Ronnie Brown? Because it looks like we offered our first rounder for Ramsey last year and got turned away by the skins. Thank god this deal didnt happen and thank god Saban is our new coach and Mueller is our GM.

Heres the story,

Yeah I wasn't clear on whether we offered out 2004 first rounder or 2005 first...if it was the 2005 first then man, seriously Spielman should be beaten with his own shoe just for offering it.

I'm pretty sure Miami offered their 2004 1st rd. pick.
 
It was last year's # 1 and we would not have traded our # 2 for Feeley plus would have kept our # 4 we traded in the Carey deal, so who really knows how it would have worked out. I'm sure if it would have worked out that bad beause in the second round this year there was alot of talent and who really knows how good or bad Ramsey is.

I know this sounds awful and I like ROnnie, and I think is and will be a good player. I really would've prefered to not have the #2 pick last year. I just prefer not having that much $$$ tied up on one guy, unless he is a left tackle, qb, or cb. We could've got an edge or alexander for the same or less money. So, I probably would rather have Ramsey and, say, edge. I'm fairly certain this happened when we offered our 04' pick though. SO its a moot point. And it is anyway. We have Ronnie, I like him and want him to do well.
