He hardly is mentioned - obviously got his work cut out for him with the Gs and Albert injury, Satele off the dung heap

C. Should be a B but everyone gets a letter downgrade due to no playoffs

A+

I have seen huge changes in the blocking schemes we used this year. He just has no talent to work with at this point.

B+ I've seen enough to be impressed. Considering what our oline was left as after last year. It's just a tough situation all around and I think Hickey and Benton did a good job with it considering the context.

Thought when most of the guys were there we were pretty good. Not a big fan of turning a Pro Bowl center into an average guard, though.

I would say a B+ as we are a lot better than last year and he keeps making something out of limited talent in some cases. Lamar Miller is close to 5 yards a carry. I hope he is here next year to get some more draft picks in here as well as undrafted players to elevate this unit.

Solid A. Part of the solution and not the problem. Still not a fan of Dallas Thomas at RT. Terrible football player.

B+ Gave us a few servings of chicken salad this year in spite of the groceries he had to work with. I think that talent wise this group on the OL is worse than last year.

Incomplete.

I don't even understand how I'm supposed to grade him when this is what he has to work with.

- Ja'Wuan James: solid rookie, and BEST player on the line.
- Mike Pouncey: playing with a legitimate injury and out of position.
- Daryn Colledge: not a good player and would not be starting anywhere else in the NFL.
- Samson Satele: played so poorly last season that he was deemed to be not even worth keeping around as a backup on Indy's marginal OL.
- Dallas Thomas: without exaggeration, hyperbole, or subjectivity, the worst tackle starting in the NFL in 2014, and by a wide margin.

I'm not sure how you can grade him on that. Once Albert went down, the best player he had to work with was a rookie playing left tackle for the first time in his life, and who is merely serviceable in that role. That's insane. That's why Jeff Ireland is probably the worst villain in Dolphins history.

he gets a b from me. what I really want to know is who is making the decision starting dallas Thomas. and who ever that is needs to be fired asap

I give him a A+. He had nothing to work with. He is a great coach.
Give him 7 solid healthy players and this unit will be top 5 in the NFL.

I am pretty sure an OL coach of his stature could give a tinker's cuss what whiny couch-potatoes think of him
