I cant give a link but if you subscribe to ESPN insider go to the nfl insider front page and read the article about Childress hadling the situation like a child. For those of you that don't have a subscription it basically said Childress has handled the Culpepper situation all wrong. He said Culpepper has had the respect of all his former coaches as far as being a great player and person in the locker room. He has respect from all the current players on the Vikings and with Childress continuing to bash Culpepper in the media he may have already done some damage to his credibility with his own player.
 
They're absolutely right. I've said this b4 but you don't see any of the top coaches ripping guys who used to be on the team. I think he may be mentally scarred from getting caught up in that mess in Philly last year. Free agents and guys on the Vikes are watching so he should watch the way he treats the guy that carried the team for the last 5 years
 
i like reading jeremy green. he makes some good points about childress and the culpepper situation.
 
I heard something like this before on another site. What makes it worse, is that Culpepper is being a real upstanding guy about the whole situation, he is making Childress look like a real a$$.
 
For those of us who don't have insider love poppin off.. Can one of you special folk with a subscription hook us up wit a lil copy/paste?
